We have varying serving styles, such as multi-course plating, family style presentation, ready made drop-off orders, buffet setup, canape service, kids menus, wine pairings and more.

Our Private Chef Services is our most popular choice for guests who want to avoid the hassle of getting an overpriced taxi or sitting in a cramped restaurant. Instead you can have a restaurant experienced chef cooking in your own home. Chef Thomas over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry and enjoys creating Local-ish dishes, whereby he fuses regional and global flavours with locally sourced products and quality ingredients.
We offer a few Multi-Coursed Sample Menus that highlight Chef favourites and our most popular guest requests. These are simply a guide, but feel free to keep them as is, swap out dishes or build-your-own menu.

Our “Drop off” menus offers the convenience of having a fully prepared meal without the hassle of cooking or having a chef in house to prepare. Food items are either ‘Hot & Ready’ to eat or ready to ‘Re-heat’. This is the perfect option for visitors arriving in Cayman and are ready to start relaxing. No need to shop, put away groceries, and then cook, it is already done for you and delivered.
We aim to please with comforting familiar food such as Local flavours, Barbeque, & Tacos. Though we are also flexible and are open to suggestions.
The price structure of these menus is much more economical than the multi-course dinners.
Desserts are sold as a whole, can serve upto 8 people, please request a menu as its seasonal
Prices are subject to change based on the amount of food ordered.
A delivery fee is added to the final bill.
SHOPPING LIST
The In-House Chef option is available to those who do not want to cook but would like to have a chef to prepare meals based on the groceries that are in house.
Rates start at $350KYD for an 8-hour day and up to 10 guests. Additional person are $25/person. Additional hours are $50/hour.
The service includes two meal periods, a simple setup of plates and cutlery, the option of Family style or Buffet, and cleanup.
Not included are the costs of food & beverages, shopping, and individually plated multi-course meals.
We also offer a shopping service. Rates are either 20% of the total bill or $30/hour. This works when the chef and host plan out menus and shopping list. If a last-minute item is needed, then the greater of the two charges is implemented.

If you’re looking to host a Brunch event, we ask that you choose 7 items to complement our family style service. Please note that extra items can be added at an additional cost.
Visit our Brunch Menu to see which dishes are best suited for your event, otherwise you can leave it up to Chef Thomas to make the final decisions.
